Drove implementation of Lean tools and behaviours on the shop floor.

Managed 8 Senior Buyers to create and deliver Commercial Capability training (Range Architecture, Pricing, Negotiation, Supplier Management) to Tesco's businesses in Eastern Europe and SE Asia.

Led joint client-consultant teams to improve business performance across a range of industries. Rapidly promoted to Senior Consultant on the basis of client, colleague and manager feedback. Gemini Consulting has since become part of Cap Gemini.

Joined bank's fast-track graduate-entry programme comprising 3 one-year secondments and comprehensive hard and soft skills training.
