Accomplishing partner resource objectives in our business districts by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and assigning them to our Partner Network. Monitoring our quality and service standards. Determining regional procedure improvements, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Identifying new product features, service improvements, surveying consumer needs and tracking competitors.

Handling partnerships with affiliates from around the world. I´m responsible for the number of partners in our business areas and for the quality.
