As Sr. Manager of the Sourcing Initiative & Analytics department, I'm leading a global team to support and collaborate with sourcing, procurement and finance leaders. Our support includes the identification and provision of relevant data, education of employees for an efficient handling of the data, the development and update of reports, dashboards and scorecards, the move to a mind-changing project management and the development and roll out of a best in class Supplier Relation Management program.

As Manager and founder of the Procurement Analysis Office I develop and implement centralized reports to measure and control procurement related data analytics. Further I provide global on-site and remote training for employees and leaders and create executive summaries. Additionally I'm leading a project to fully visualize all 3rd party expenses, increase the transparency through supplier categorization and to drive supplier performance management.

As Coordinator of the Global Procurement Department I spend several weeks within the USA to on board the western hemisphere procurement teams to the eastern hemisphere centralized procurement processes, reports and dashboard. I established a qualification and competency matrix for procurement teams to coordinate an efficient employee development. Further I became the mentor of the Baker Hughes Shared Service Center Reporting Team.

Within this role I was part of the first global procurement department. I was responsible to enhance and roll out centralized reports to further procurement departments in Singapore, Thailand, Dubai and Aberdeen and to visualize the performance through a frequently updated dashboard.

Development and roll out of centralized excel based reports, standardization of processes and establishment of consistent control mechanism for the local procurement department.
