Technical and functional managment of the operation area at Hamburg (approx. 140 FTE) - Leading the global activities for quality and process optimization projects to improve business/ margin -Capacity and capability optimization for operation to improve KPIs by using Lean/Six-Sigma - Implementation of market-oriented capacity planning - Accountable for the facility/ maintenance department - Accountable for global consistency for ISO / IEC 17025 & ISO / IEC 17065 incl. compliance management

Leading and setting up the local engineering department (disciplines: electrical, instrumentation, automatization, project managers) as well relaibility & improvement team - Management the site CapEx/ OpEx (4-5 Mio EURO) initatives incl. reporting KPIs along the matrix organization - Responsible for continuous improvement (eq. technology transfer & identification) by being the technical advisor for reliability, process measures like quality & improvement aspects -Implementing Lean Six-Sigma methodologies

- Project manager for building a technical lab and office area (5 Mio Euro CapEx). Responsible for technical and commercial execution due to that project overall. - Managing the Lab for production control and development of new polymer applications - Based on statistical analysis quality cost optimization and production life cycle optimization - Accountable Quality Supervisor as quality management representative for Wesseling plant to fulfill the requirements coming out of the std. ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001

- Management of large scale projects (e.g. greenfield/ brownfield) within 200-400 Mio. Euro environment overall phases end-to-end - Setting up maintenance group in different countries - Setting up multicultural teams for maintenance in Singapur plant incl. supplier network, trainings - Develop best practices and ensure transfer to realted ongoing projects /teams - Leading performance initatives for plant outpout
