Launched and delivered Fisker Ocean in 10 European countries building a team from scratch to a headcount of 220 and generating 140 Mio Euro revenue in first 8 months of sales.

Sunseeker International is a British luxury motor yacht manufacturer. Its headquarters and main assembly facility are in Poole, England. Oversaw and controlled as CEO all strategic and business aspects of the organisation to establish a strategic direction and vision for the success of its different ventures. In charge of 2.500 employees and £ 300 Million turnover.

Served as a member of the Executive Team that secured the IPO in October 2018 after four years of substantial growth. • 250 employees overseeing Global Sales, Network development, Sales Training, Sales Strategy, After Sales & Service, Parts Operations, Sales & Volume Planning, and Q (Tailor-made products). • Since starting in 2013 as Global Sales Director, achieved an overall increase of 90% in revenues for Aston Martin with an increase of close to 300% in EBITDA.

McLaren Automotive is a British automotive manufacturer. • Full P&L responsibility for the European Region, including the home market UK - representing 40% of global sales. • Accomplished successful launch of the new McLaren “12C” sports car in June 2011 in the United Kingdom, and in September 2011 in Continental Europe. Increased business turnover from zero to US$120M within first 12 months of sales operations.

MD France, 2006 – 2008 Directly reported to the Director of European Operations GM China, 2004 – 2005 First employee of Jaguar & Land Rover China. Recruited, nurtured and led an all-Chinese team of 12 employees to establish the foundation of an independent national sales company. MD Austria & Croatia, 2002 – 2004 Accomplished the acquisition and the merger of Jaguar Austria with Land Rover Austria with a shared back office, which was a pilot project for all European Markets.
