As a Business Analyst in People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning @LEGO it is my mission to create value adding insights and support LEGO in changing current processes and reshaping the people and workforce planning approach. Therefore I: - conduct analysis based on internal people data - create HR reports aimed at internal and external stakeholders - give insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team - collaborate with local and global HR teams to drive the change

- Locate Top talents, by using the in-house database, plus researching the players coming through the various youth national teams and top leagues. - Build up the Player Capital list, by calling the coaches of the discovered players to both validate their data and hear about other potential players in their team. - Reactivate old players, by reaching out to players who used to use Tonsser, and tell them about the new matchmaking abilities we now have.

* Conducted market screening, sizing and benchmarking in the areas of lifestyle, fashion and digital marketplaces * Assisted with asset performance analysis of the 7Commerce company portfolio * Analyzed target companies and their digital business models (including strategy, positioning, market share, scaling potential, monetization) * Supported the preparation of decision templates and investment proposals * Created a management tool based on Excel VBA for performance analysis and strategic planning

* Responsible for the preparation of a complete roof calculation in the detailed customer format for an acquisition project * Supported the acquisition and change management process of roof systems at the interface between project management and sales * Participated in economic considerations for product changes and strategic decision-making * Developed an overview sheet of changes in prices and demand in calculation tools based on Excel VBA * Jointly prepared and participated in cost negotiations

* Developed a VBA-based tool for the IT purchasing departments for automatic bid comparisons * Conducted cost analysis of supplier offers * Checked salary databases for plausibility * Supported the research of hourly rates and salaries (nationally and internationally) * Improved a global tender forecast report of international markets based on MS Sharepoint

As a student of this programme I have developed an innovative mindset and understand the role marketing plays in the creation of new business opportunities. This will allow me to understand and manage innovation and change projects within a company's marketing and strategy area.
