Lead management of a study on how to concentrate all development resources of Erste Bank grouop into a group wide 'service center'

Programme lead for implementation of 'Symbols' as new core banking system for Slovenska Sporitelna.

Lead of Programme Management Office for joint core system replacement project of Ceska Sporitelna and Slovenska Sporitelna. (Programme was stopped shortly after start)

Programme lead for complete replacement of core bankins system of Erste Bank against Spardat solutions. Special responsibilities for programme areas data migration and test support / test environments

Task Force lead for analyse of a potential cloning of Spardat's core systems to suport Erste Bank's international setups in Czech republic and Slovak Republic.
