Execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals for assigned protocols; interaction with ethics committees and Regulatory Authority. Responsible for quality, compliance and local process oversight.

Local team lead, Trip report review for an international team of Clinical Research Associates (CRA) up to senior level for accurateness, compliance with clinical trial protocol and local laws. Mentoring & training of new and junior CRAs and in-house team. Assessor for onsite training visits and evaluation of new and junior CRA team. Organisation of local resources, CRA/clinical site distribution, processes, study updates, liaison with vendors and regular local team meetings to improve country commitments.
