The PMA Team is located in Hamburg and we cover the full ship newbuilding process and coordinate the plan approval. – Starting from the early bidding phase in Pre-Contract, setting up new projects, coordinating the technical disciplines, up to ship delivery. Also, for conversion projects of ships in service, I am coordinating the entire project phase.

In my present position I am heading the section “ERS™ - Emergency Response Service” of DNV GL. Leading an ‘own market unit’, I am responsible for end-to-end delivery of the ERS™ Service. This includes marketing, business acquisition and sales, production, technical calculations and client support.

Leading of a change management process for alignment of services from DNV + GL. Objective is implementation of aligned technical rules and best practices from the former 2 Class Societies. Project coverage includes all technical services from the ship newbuilding approval process.

Located in Shanghai/China. Leading a team of experts for Stability, Tonnage, Load Line. Responsible for newbuilding of Container ships and MPV vessels.
