I currently serve as the Product Management Lead for SAPs Sovereign AI offering. In this role, I leverage strategic partnerships with Cohere and Mistral to enable global enterprises to utilize AI capabilities while maintaining the standards for data sovereignty and regional compliance. I define the roadmap and backlog in collaboration with cross-functional engineers and architects, lead end-to-end product collaboration with AI companies, Mistral & Cohere, aligning architecture, commercialization, and GTM.

Principal Product Manager for Joule, SAP’s premier GenAI assistant. I defined the cross-portfolio roadmap, transforming how enterprises interact with SAP through a secure conversational AI-interface. Core pillars included: • Strategy: Defining the roadmap and foundation stack across all SAP products. • Execution: Orchestrating GTM, commercial models, and technical feasibility. • Engagement: Driving customer success, partner extensibility, and deep dives.

As a special full-time assignment I was part of a Program Office which reported directly to SAP S/4HANA's top management and SAP's board, managing and coordinating a fundamental rebuild of one of SAP's flagship product, SAP S/4HANA Cloud. I oversaw and coordinated budget, resources, workstreams, critical topics, and provided status updates to top management.

My teams general objective was to drive customer/partner adoption of innovation technologies such as Natural Language Interaction, Machine Learning, Intelligent Robotics Process Automation, Situation Handling and others. Therefore we presented and demoed products and features in front of customers and partners, leading customer/partner co-innovations and routing product feedback directly into the roadmap planning. During this time I led the merger of SAP's acquisition of Recast.AI (NLI based chatbots).

- I worked on User Experience related topics such as UI technologies, technical analysis, development guidance, user research and customer feedback. - I introduced a crowdsourcing platform to enable customers to submit improvement requests and to vote on them (led project end to end including external roll-out). - I worked on the integration of NLI based tasks in SAP CoPilot (SAP's ML based digital assistant).

I was the main contact for internal product teams for marketing related digital content. I oversaw end to end conceptualization, planning, budget, timeline and coordination of development teams, external stakeholders, designers and content creators.

- I worked on customer engagement about HANA Cloud Platform related topics. - I supported engineering teams to run test scenarios of new features and functionalities. - I supported the SAP LEAN management team in continuous-improvement workshops to resolve impediments by reviewing and evaluating software development processes and resolve root causes.

24HFOCUS was an agency focusing on digital strategy and marketing. I founded and ran the company between 2008 and 2012 before I joined SAP. We worked on various projects in the fields of website and app development, consulting, video production and digital marketing campaigns. 24HFOCUS was shut down in 2013 after the founders focused on their individual careers.
