The Adecco “Shared Services Centres” is a 500 people organization responsible for generating the temporary workers payrolls and customers invoices. I am responsible for both leading this department and designing its future organization in terms of roles & responsibilities, processes, number of sites and employees, KPIs as well as identifying innovative solutions through outsourcing and/or technology (one year project as part of Adecco/Adia integration).
Responsible for leading Payroll Operations in few countries across Europe (France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Eastern Europe) during its transition to a new platform (SAP) and its transformation from a decentralized organization to a standard fully centralized model. It includes improving the overall accuracy, ensuring transactional processes are documented and transferred to the main hub in India (in house) and stabilizing processes post implementation.
Responsible for leading the brand new Shared Services (Credit Collection, Account Receivables) through an aggressive growth plan (from 40 to 160 FTEs in 18 months). I recruit and lead the management team, develop the retention strategy and tools and ensure process and policy consistency across all business units represented on the site. I participate to the improvement of the Account Payable operations with our BPO in Romania and lead customer to cash improvement projects (6 Sigma tools).
