Responsible for Financial Performance and Viability of the organisation: Develops resources sufficient to ensure the financial health of the organisation. Oversees and implements appropriate resources to ensure that the operations of the organisation are appropriate.

Chair all necessary meetings of the Partners and to develop the effectiveness of those meetings and represent the Firm in the external market-place. Assist the Board, and the Managing Partners and the Executive Management Team in the development and implementation of the firms strategy to take part in the Firm’s Partner Appraisal program

I am responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.
