Managed the promotion and sales activities of 5 hotels: Paradisus Rivieria Cancún, Gran Meliá Cancún, Meliá Turquesa, Paradisus Cozumel and Sol Cabañas del Caribe. Established the yearly Business Plan for the European and Canadian market segments. Developed sales forecasts and established room pricing. Successfully created and managed key account relationships.

Design and implementation of the sales and marketing pre-opening plan of the hotel. Responsible for the sales and marketing programs as well as media plan and press releases, designed to attract more business to the hotel. Attended travel markets, sales blitzes and work shops in USA, Canada and Europe. Staff supervision and motivation of a team of 11 people, including the reservations department.

Responsible for the tour operation of the European market for 5 hotels: Meliá Bávaro, Paradisus Punta Cana, Melia Caribe/Tropical, Meliá Santo Domingo, Meliá Juan Dolio. Planned and performed yearly action and travel plans to increase sales from the different European markets. Organization of fam trips to the hotels as well as special events.

Opening of the 260 room hotel. Assume authority for the operation and supervision of all the hotel service areas in absence of the General Manager: food and beverage, housekeeping, engineering, security, entertainment, front office.

In charge of the quality control and guest service department of the hotel. Developed exceptional problem resolution skills.
