Develop and maintain positive client relationships at all levels with existing corporate accounts  Plan and deliver periodic account Reviews in collaboration with the sales team Document and gather customer and project information in the CRM system.  

• Organizing the travel arrangements for all department employees based on a monthly schedule; • Validating the travel routes, making the car reservations and the hotel reservations, sending the complete itineraries to all the persons who go on business trips; • Developing and implementing working procedures; • Monitoring and verifying the information provided by the car GPS of the sales agents who are working in France; • Training and supporting the new members of the team.

• Customer engagement: discover needs, service orders, obtain feedback, build a long term relationship; • Creating the price offers matching the customer’s needs; • Basic editing in Adobe Illustrator of customer's design; • Collaborating with design freelancers, Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time and respect the quality standards; • Preserving customer information in the CRM system(e.g. PODIO).
