Support in conducting a meta-analysis on the topic of Medical Information Avoidance within the working group of Adaptive Rationality at the MPI for Human Development Berlin.

- Building a communications strategy for the CoachHub Academy - Building an internal network with relevant stakeholders and setting up working collaborations - Implementing internal tools such as monday.com and Confluence and training the team - Organising video productions in Berlin and Johannesburg with internal and external teams as Producer on set - managing company wide projects for content creation - leveraging the learning content for a wider public and thus - democratizing coaching!

As intern, I was responsible for designing the frameworks of psychometric testing as well as writing content in English and German for a mobile coaching app. Another part of my responsibilities was the role of product owner, where I reviewed the developers' milestones in our agile team and made sure they were met and updated correctly. I equally supported Operations in conducting introductory calls with new coachees, making sure they are onboarded and clarifying their needs in finding their perfect coach.
