Support the HR Manager in elaborating, optimizing and implementing local company's HR processes and planning; Develop and implement the sourcing strategy; Conceive the planning and the budgeting for recruitment purposes; Coordinate recruiting & selection projects for individual contributor and management level; Develop and implement assessment centers at individual contributor and management level; Key user for the recruitment tool offering training and support to EMEA recruiters;
