Research about dairy product market in United States to export cheese, specifically speaking about the legal requirements for importations settled by Federal Drug Administration, cost analysis and marketing strategy.

Monitoring of production and quality testing (walnut´s paste). Maximization of raw material, manpower and time in 15% due to new implemented processes.
