My primary duties were to scrutinize companies’ documents with regard to their corporate governance performances, to inspect the agendas of general meetings and prepare reports in English detailing the executive research for the companies from EMEA region, mainly Turkey, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus. In addition to that, I was also taking part in the Operational Excellence Project, in which I can have the chance to work for different teams of the company.

My duties were to attend various trials as a spectator and take vocational training classes given by the Istanbul Bar Association.

My duties were to assist the professors during their classes and exams (including preparation and grading procedures); to organize national/international conferences on different subjects of law; and to prepare the publications of the German Law Research Center.
