Create weekly and monthly plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadline. Adjust schedule and targets on the projects as needs or financing for the project change. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals. Communicate with local governmental and NGO’s offices for their supports and permissions. Weekly and monthly reports to the donor.

Contribute to the company’s cross-border energy projects between Afghanistan and Tajikistan. Assist with partnership development and management, including, but not limited to, research, outreach, contract development, and event fulfilment. Support in document preparation for investors and partners. Work with business development department on new initiatives and expansion opportunities into new and existing energy markets. Provide support to staff, and contribute to, and to projects management.
