Support the development of the long-term strategy and NPD master plan and ensure delivery against category vision and net sales/profit targets. Ensure alignment of short- and mid-term plans with regions and key markets. Development of global product concepts and execution of the entire marketing mix. Project-, budget- and agency management.

Management and development of 6 salon exclusive care & styling brands in Germany/Austria. Implementation of global service- and NPD-initiatives as well as development and implemenation of local initiatives in co-ordination with Sales and Education including budget responsibility, agency and stock management.

Support of the global management and development of 7 color brands (alternating). Analysis of business situation, brand profile and insight generation. Development of product and marketing concepts incl. business potential. Project-, agency- and budget management.
