• Defined standard reports & reporting processes across the SDLC for a large healthcare organization and established a PM process which aligns the SDLC to the PMBOK®. The SDLC Transformation Program was part of an overall 3 year program targeting $20M in cost avoidance. • Performed a technical audit in the area of music royalty licensing. The audit included the testing of Microsoft and Oracle database environments and the mining of large amounts of data to identify misreported royalty calculations.

• Managed the company’s accounts receivables creating systems that enabled proactive and automated management for collections • Designed and developed MIS for CEO to assist in management level financial analysis • Developed and maintained all e-Payment activities (credit card, direct debit, PayPal, etc.)

• Developed an online event registration system integrated with Siemens’s contact management database using ASP technology • Implemented various web-based systems (designing, planning and implementing) • Worked with marketing department creating online content for U.S. roll-out of new CT scanner
