Led a 15 person team, from the production to the sales, monitored the quality and reports. Built a complete functional team on the production site. Organized the production, prepared, trained and controlled the production team to achieve the goals of product level, quality and controlling instruments. Negotiated and concluded the contracts with suppliers.

Prospected the market and presented the company products. Prepared the new service team on the customer’s sites, instructed and monitored the spare parts stock and filling the ordering. Designed the complete technological flow for new projects and for stationary plants.

- Sustained the sales local managers to achieve their targets and also improved their performance in the heavy JCB equipments. - Trained and monitored the sales team. - Prepared technical file for offers. - Launched the FINTEC mobile crushers and screening plant into the Romanian market.

- Prepared the sales team by providing technical knowledge as well as selling strategies regarding the mobile compressors and a large range of pneumatic tools. - Responsible for selling the most complex products including compressed air station completed with air treatment equipment.

- Built sales strategies for the new created position in the company. - Coordinated, trained in selling techniques and mentored a 10 person team made out of territory dealers.

- Started to work as a service engineer in a new service covered area, in eight northern counties of Romania. - The major achievements were educating the industrial market about the regular maintenance of the compressors offered by the producer’s service team, selling them and also training clients regarding Service Contracts – a new concept in the Romanian market. - Obtained the market service quality recognizing with a long term strong relationship.
