• Perform requisition analysis, market research, and supplier selection; • Responsible for procurement tasks and the purchase ordering of goods and services; • Negotiation and quotation processes medium to high value; • Develop sourcing, procurement, negotiation and supplier analysis processes; • Analyze and negotiate market offers thus ensuring that needs are met and the best quality and price; • Ensure deliverables (goods/services) are in line with the contractual terms (cost, time, quality);

· Coordination of the whole import process of gourmet foods, since putting the order with suppliers until the delivery of the cargo in our warehouse. · Follow up with suppliers regarding the order readiness, quotation and contract of international freight with forwarders. · Analysis and definition of the products HS code accordingly their characteristics. · Contact with the logistics department to align the deliveries of the cargos and also contact with carrier to schedule deliveries accordingly.
