- Onboarding and mentoring of the other team members in EMEA - Thought leadership for internal process optimisation by rethinking handovers, deployments, education and renewals in order to increase client satisfaction and retention rates - Digital transformation in order to create a state-of-the-art data technology infrastructure, also advising on data governance and data privacy - Change management so that the organisational structure and the processes of the teams involved are adjusted accordingly

- Integrating the various products of Tealium, especially its Customer Data Platform, into the marketing and data technology landscape of our clients - Optimising the digital customer experience and ultimately the business models of our clients through a data-driven marketing strategy and the derived use cases along the customer lifecycle

Assisting businesses from various industries during the digitisation of their business models and processes, by leading interdisciplinary and international project teams.

- Leadership and development of up to nine team members as well as mentorship in the startup accelerator of Scout. - Company-wide roll-out of several digital analytics technologies as the project lead of an interdisciplinary team.

- Helping the product function optimise the various business models through data, including requirements engineering, data analytics as well as presentation of the findings to the C-level. - Responsibility for all customer experience related tracking technologies.

Responsibility for all digital distribution channels, especially the own hotel website, where I also acted as product manager, handling a total yearly budget of 8 million Euro.
