Leading the ‘SYNERGY Business Transformation Programme’ for Procurement and Supply Management, with a vision to implement ‘Group Operating Model’ and best in-class procurement processes and systems.

Manage a diverse range of revenue supply agreements to a annual value of AED 300 million including in-flight products, flight operations, ground handling agents, hotel accommodation for crew, facilities management, media, printing material, IT supplies, crew uniforms, etc.
