-Developing global PR and Brand strategy with the Global PR Director and the Fashion Director -Coordinating the PR agencies in different territories -Proactively develop and lead media relations by traveling to the territories (Eastern and South Europe, Asia) -Build VIP, Celebrity and Influencers relations -Cooperating with the Key brands (PR and Commercial teams) for press opportunities, special projects and events

− responsible for the development of Italian and Eastern European market − responsible for the sales process – relations with customers, offers, orders’ acquisition, invoicing, shipping, etc. − coordination of the websites (italian and russian)

- responsible for 3 brands in exclusive distribution for Eastern Europe - develop and consolidate trade relations thanks to the knowledge of distribution channels and through the analysis of markets and their dynamics - identify new business opportunities by searching for potential new customers on the wholesale and retail channels in the target area - plan and manage the corporate budget for sales - projecting and assisting the openings of monobrand boutiques
