The Global Practice connects state of the art technology in Social and Search arenas to client business objectives. Field Enablement with Delivery and Pre-sales scope for solutions on premise and in the cloud in Enterprise Social, Search, Productivity Apps, and Hybrid spaces.

Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to drive technically complex and/or politically hot Search issues to successful resolution. Scope ranged from simple linguistic operations to C# API implementations. Contribute to Net Customer Satisfaction. Actively share knowledge through content, training delivery, mentoring, escalation, etc. Request and participate in collaboration and escalations to involve the right resource needed to solve customer issues.

Reduce costs in falling-volume industry. Manage system for peak utilization and maximum labor displacement. Troubleshoot Windows, System V R4 UNIX, and Informix Dynamic Server concerns on-demand in a high-availability, high-pressure, secure environment. Manage vendor interaction and daily administration of ImageMark POD, including client/server and mainframe applications (CPCS, z/OS) to prove, sort, and properly distribute paper and electronic payments for optimal national dispatch and clearing.

Facilitated optimal operation of check processing system to minimize cost by maximizing uptime and labor displacement. Participated in multi-group, multi-level meetings and conferences to best represent, set expectations, and optimize operations for the Float group. Tracked supervised pattern-matching system performance and optimized performance. Meet and exceed daily support requirements of applications built on Windows 2003, UNIX SVR4, and Informix Dynamic Server to meet organizational goals and SLAs.

Consultation included solution-based selling, proposal oversight and presentation (C-level executives), bandwidth and cost justification, network design (OSI L1-3) and IP security, and general technical sales assistance for Sales division. Applications ranged from simple single-office telecommunications needs to complex national WAN implementations. Delivery included CPE and COE configuration, Local Area Network integration, existing software integration, VPN integration, and ILEC interaction.
