 Responsibilities: • Work with clients for the purchase, sale and rent of residential homes, working from internal and external database. • Serve as primary customer service professional to make/receive direct sales calls and customer support issues.

• Delegate tasks based on ability of the staff, ensuring whenever possible a fair and even distribution of work among the team. • Documenting general reports on each team member's performance and targets as well as ensuring that they exceed the targets • Ensure that all customer complaints received are objectively investigated and liaise with team members and management to recommend remedial/corrective action. • Solving problems, questions, and queries as necessary.

• Generate Revenue and achieve overall sales objectives. • Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions. • Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
