Business Line Manager with full responsibility of the P&L of the entire Business Line Energy (Construction and O&M), coordinating around 120 resources (between white and blue collars) including Engineering, Project and site Management, contract management, reporting hierarchically to the Managing Director of the Business Unit Engineering.On top of managing the business I’ve been also responsible of the structural re-organization of the entire Business Line.

Responsible for leading the site mechanical department, in projects of erection of Power Plants from diverse types (i.e. Conventional, Nuclear, Renewable) and different Customers (ENEL and externals).

Accountable for mechanical engineering department.
