I'm managing the Business Unit with market focus in PMI Digital Transformation. With focus in IoT platform. We are developing ELIOT 4.0, that is a product for Manufacturing 4.0. ELEA (https://elea.online/) wants to be a partner for Digital Transformation for the technological evolution of our customer, with a particular focus on industry 4.0. I manage all the the software development life cycle starting from: human resources (70 people distributed btw Trieste, Udine and Pisa) allocation among various projects or business units, maximizing the utilization of available personnel resources to achieve business goals, performing the activities that are necessary in the maintenance of that workforce through identification of staffing requirements, planning, education and professional development.

I managed the full life cycle software development for Hospital Information System and 20 people.
