Besides the daily work of handling inbound and outbound calls by properties and guests I assisted our accommodation partners via phone for questions regarding our tools. I also worked on projects such as translating and proofreading templates between English and German.

FUNime is a magazine by the association "Anime No Tomodachi", Germany. I voluntarily write articles in German about recent releases of Animes in Japan and reviews about Anime/Manga conventions that take place in. My projects and daily work included bidirectional translation between English and German as well as proofreading of game related texts, blog posts, website content (mostly technical descriptions), marketing and PR related texts. . Technologiecentrum GaraGe is an association helping young people working out their career plans and providing job opportunities. As part of the administration I rearranged projects, personal data and created charts for project and customer activity. Location Leipzig (Germany)

I wrote articles for the Japanese Cosplay section of the website and translated relevant information from English to German. Location: Leipzig (Germany)

I did my apprenticeship as an office clerk in a business concern which sells liquefied gas. This included route administration for engineers, customer support and creation of statistics for sales and deliveries.
