• Ensure technical capacity and production volume mix of 33 production lines and over 35 different products, based on sales forecast and customer demand. • Implementation of projects to reduce machinery investment, improve cost per placement and fulfill deliveries. • Active participation on new product introduction, from manufacturing process design, up to customer release.

• Setup of an academic jet engine with PLC control and a LabVIEW user interface. • Speed control, automatic /manual mode, temperature and pressure monitoring.

• New product introduction champion. • Responsible for the planning and execution of samples. • Plant interface to the development department and program managers.
