- Underwriting of incoming P&I enquiries mainly from Far East, Turkey and South Europe - Design of the account portfolio in line with the company’s business strategy - Building strong relationships with current brokers and finding potential business opportunities in pertinent markets

- Coordination of Business Case (10 year plan of the company) studies - Close follow-up of the CEO agenda, alignment with ERGO Greece CEO Office - Coordination of the Board and the EC meetings, support for all EC members - Close follow-up and coordination of the key projects through the company (optimization projects, strategy projects with external consultants)

• Actively Steered Projects; - Whole Account View: Profitability analysis of all commercial and corporate customers by taking into account main allocation metrics. With this project, Commercial segment of the company became profitable after many years. - KPI Centralization Project: Centralized the reporting system of the numerical KPI’s of the whole company, so that daily performance of an employee becomes measurable in every aspect.

• Decision of corporate strategy in breakdown of segments, sales channels and products • Assisting in annual business plans, by determining premium production objectives and correspondingly in budget estimates of sales channels • Follow-up of realization of sales channels objectives (by measuring performance of sales, profitability and collection ratios) • Building up sales campaigns intended for corporate customers • Coordination of the RCT tool, where all the corporate businesses are tracked down.

- Underwriting of Commercial and Corporates lines, mainly Property & Casualty business - Facultative placements of the big P&C accounts in the international markets
