• Assistance to customers in planning and booking their vacations, offering personalized recommendations. • Delivery of exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients, ensuring their travel needs and preferences are met.

• Evaluation and process of data from past projects, conducted error analysis, and formulated suggestions for improvements in future projects.
