Research internship - Department of Pharmaceutics (Prof. Dr. Derendorf) - Tasks: Establishing and validating HPLC protocols for the tested drugs, and designing animal experiments including a novel assay for the detection of drugs in biological matrices.

Research Internship - Dept. of Pharmaceutical Development - Tasks: Spray drying mixtures of effective drug, polymer, solvent and excipients to create solid dispersions. Processing solid dispersions with roller compactor, single-punch and rotary tablet presses, and characterization of all products.

Scientist - Dept. of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Bioanalytics - Tasks: Evaluation of chemical cross-linking and mass spectrometry for studying protein conformations and protein interactions.
