External examiner (censor) for undergraduate and graduate courses and papers in IT (minus programming). Especially system design and development, usability, project management, organizational and HR-aspects of IT, group support, decision support.

System analysis, design and documentation for letters (partially) automatically generated by large insurance claims handling system.

Documenting how a product works, when and why to use it, how to install it, etc. Mostly aimed at system administrators and end-users; secondarily aimed at partner developers (on the one extreme) and at people with the power to make purchasing decisions (on the other extreme). Wrote and edited manuals, guides, online help, web-text, marketing collateral.
