I am responsible for contract Management, Project Management and Account financials with additional revenue growth targets. I am also responsible for managing the large IT global delivery portfolio for a Oil and Gas client in Germany, including Application development and maintenance services. I am managing the global teams across continents in Germany and India which consists the resources from junior level to the Senior management level.

I am managing the global teams across continents in Norway, Belgium and India which consists the resources from junior level to the Senior management level.

Worked as a Project Lead managing the global delivery IT projects for Hewlette Packards Asia direct delivery of the notebooks.

This was a joint program with Symbiosis Institute of Business studies, Pune, India and Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin. The specialization was in Global Delivery in IT services. I have successfully worked on a 1 year project to increase the Global delivery in an IT portfolio from 20% to 50%
