Powertrain Strategy Management Motorsport - Purchasing coordinator for all commodities (powertrain, metal, exterior, interior), for Supetrofeo / GT3 racing cars.including spare parts, OPT and tecnical sponsorship. including spare parts, OPT and tecnical sponsorship. I'm also purchasing project manager responsible for budget, integration with series production and timing.

Metal Commodity - Responsible lead buyer for wheels, complete brake systems, alluminium forging parts, machining, transmission cables, bearings, screws and bolt for the whole Piaggio Group (Piaggio, Aprilia, Derbi, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio Commercial Vehicles).Commodity strategy with a particular focus on Asian markets, China, Vietnam and India. Budget management and costs reduction.

Project of credit line for Telecom Italy S.p.a. Support the credit department for decisions about credit limits and acceptable level of risk. Monitoring and control of the proceeds of the creditworthiness of the customers. Analysis and implementation of the assignments to the factoring company, delegated to the management of claims.

Cost accounting and information systems, strategic planning, cost analysis and benchmarks, regular reporting, identification of critical financial and improvement of possible solutions, development of control charts, costs impact reduction.
