- conduct network surveillance and proactively initialize fault resolution and priority; - carry out fault diagnostics across the IP network; - conduct preventative maintenance and analyses of circuit performance; - carry out vendor and supplier contact and escalation for fault resolution; - co-ordinate field operatives across Pan European Network; - service live activations with full configuration for IPTRANSIT BGP session, standard BGP sessions, EBGP multihop;

- develop optimization/migration plans in partnership with build in and operations teams to implement network changes on the live network; - develop optimization/migration plans for customer circuits in partnership with operations to minimize circuit cost and maximize circuit resiliency whilst minimizing impact of migration; - manage network projects through to completion, involving management of associated suppliers and integrators; - coordinate the field teams involved in different tx projects;

- responsible for providing customer technical support, installing and troubleshooting of the terrestrial network; - shift coordination for 4 months over 3 members team in matter of tickets; management and internal escalations; - physical site management and field engineering; - Cisco routers, switches configurations; - support for new customer implementations; - responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of LAN and WAN infrastructure; - building VPN's topology/solutions

- maintain, manage and extend the Linux networks; - install, document and maintain VPN connections under Linux for local windows stations - install, update and check mysql databases, DHCP servers running on various Linux distributions - build, configure and install network firewalls based on Linux systems and Packet Filter - configure, install and monitor network intrusion detection systems (IDS), built on Linux OS with iptables and other open source tools - implement internal security policies
