I’m responsible for managing both our alliance and business development pipeline across our Microsoft eco system for the, UK, DACH, MENA and APAC regions. Currently sitting within Publicis Sapient’s Partner Channel, I work on supporting our clients to drive technology excellence, assess funding options, and manage our partnership KPI”s with Microsoft, whilst maintaining and driving a commercial pipeline.

From 2019 to 2023, the business asked me to hold two positions simultaneously. Talent acquisition lead for MENA and Italy and Alliances lead (hyperscalers and martech) as we transitioned through the period post Covid. Both with independent KPI’s this was an extremely challenging, yet interesting time of development.

Moved with Publicis Sapient to Lead Talent Acquisition for the Cologne office, covering all aspects of the talent acquisition cycle. Involved in leading and managing the team responsible for Creative / Consulting / Strategy / Project Management and Technology.

Acting as a partner to the business my team and I were involved in the entire recruitment life cycle, sourcing talent within Strategy and Business Consulting, Project Management, Technology and Engineering, UI / UX and Creative. We were focused on building a diverse, talented team that supported the growth of our business.
