I’m responsible for managing both our alliance and business development pipeline across our Microsoft eco system for the, UK, DACH, MENA and APAC regions. Currently sitting within Publicis Sapient’s Partner Channel, I work on supporting our clients to drive technology excellence, assess funding options, and manage our partnership KPI”s with Microsoft, whilst maintaining and driving a commercial pipeline.

Duncan is responsible for business development and our Microsoft alliance across the Microsoft eco system for the UK, DACH, MENA and APAC. Sitting within Publicis Sapient's Microsoft Alliances Practice he is targeted with driving client and partnership satisfaction and client based revenue through integrated campaigns, driving revenue in excess of 12m (euros). Reporting to the Global SVP of the Microsoft Practice.

From 2019 to 2023, the business asked me to hold two positions simultaneously. Talent acquisition lead for MENA and Italy and Alliances lead (hyperscalers and martech) as we transitioned through the period post Covid. Both with independent KPI’s this was an extremely challenging, yet interesting time of development.

Moved with Publicis Sapient to Lead Talent Acquisition for the Cologne office, covering all aspects of the talent acquisition cycle. Involved in leading and managing the team responsible for Creative / Consulting / Strategy / Project Management and Technology.
