Dustin Robinson

Currently helping to coordinate the HR and organizational aspects of an international merger between Peoplexs and Talentsoft - this includes identifying key cultural differences and similarities (company and national), assessing strengths of every employee to ensure that everyone has a place and that it’s the right one, and to plan a vision for the future.

Coordinated with the HR department and led a student team in conducting research and interviews about the leadership development program. Provided feedback about the state of the program, potential causes for successes and failures, and suggestions for future actions.

Worked as the teaching assistant for the introductory OB/HR course in the Marriott School of Management. Assisted with instruction, course preparation, evaluation of student performance, and examination reviews. Also conducted research for the ehandbook project to examine the nature of collaboration in digital settings.
