-Air to air, air to water residential and commercial heat pump development -Define project scope and objectives-work with stakeholders to define and set project requirements and goals -Create detailed plans including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones -Identify potential obstacles and develop strategies to mitigate them -Set and manage the project budget to ensure financial efficiency -Monitor project milestones and deliverables, making adjustments as needed to keep target

-Design and validation of vehicle electric driven compressor for electric vehicle AC systems -Heat pump components development/test and validation, thermodynamics analysis for electric vehicle battery management -Analysis for e-vehicle AC loop thermodynamics behaviour, countermeasure proposals in case of continuous development principle -Preparing test plans related to electric driven compressor performance and reliability by considering performance, capacity and sound triggers

R&D System Engineer, development of air to air and air to water residential and commercial heat pump applications Project management from concept to launch New product design including simulations,calculations and reliability verification test phases through milestones of product development Collaboration and coordination of project team, colleagues from other departments such as Quality, Procurement, Production and Reliability
