- To monitor whether the decisions taken to determine and initiate regulatory and preventive activities in line with customer complaints are implemented, to ensure that the relevant units are informed. - To monitor the system and quality control processes according to the standards, in accordance with the Quality Management Systems targets, - Acting with the production manager, creating measures based on the reports prepared by the quality control team and starting to implement action plans,

The company is an accredited engineering organization that is a part of the occupational health and safety sector and carries out periodic technical checks to ensure that your machinery and equipment used in businesses are safe, accurate and do not harm employee health. - Planning the work to be done - Establishing, monitoring and auditing quality management systems - Taking an active role in personnel training planning and process improvement studies - Responsibility for internal and external audits

I report to the General Manager. I was responsible for quality control and Assurance. - To represent customers on quality issues, - To ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of existing quality improvement systems, - Understanding product quality and testing it, - Ability to use test and measurement devices effectively, - To determine product standards and labor standards, - Dealing with the entire factory, not just its products and services.
