Preparing end to end core banking solution for Turk Ticaret Bank’s / Turkey. Leading and motivating 8 team members. Deposit accounts, credit administration are mainly modules that can be highlighted. Maintaning BPMN architecture to banking applications. During to project lifecycle also I was organising and taking role on demonstrations and summits. I was getting and creating scenarios for demo’s.

Project planning on core banking solution; SAB-AT. Organising requirements, functional service developments and tests. Supervising group of five. The team was combined 5 functional business analyst and my role was providing them to be enough knowledge to prepare gap analysis documents.

Organising meetings with customer to gather requirements. Participating functional/technical analysis documents based on official format. Checking and approving provided analysis documents. Also I was monitoring test result documents. I was responsible for one bank.

Collecting client functional requirements from client. Writing functional analysis documents that contains use-case diagrams, UML’s, technical database model and adding test cases. Completing role with development tests. Financial mathematic based modules, accounting, payment systems was my responsible modules.

Organising and giving trainings for job-units. Joining to team by making bug-fixes. Supporting client by phone, this role is similar to help-desk. Internet branch, card systems was my responsible modules.

Collecting daily data for using damage and health insurance reports. Preparing management reports and presentations. Creating new useful reports and modelling daily data with brainstorms.
