• I realized the diagnostic of 3 processes, between of 160), developed by the Municipality, that have 80% frequency, using tools as SIPOC, processes diagrams, activities diagrams, RACI matrix. • I consolidated the flowcharts in Visio, achieving to visualize an average of 6 improvement proposals. • I co-developed 21 improvement proposals for the processes that can reduce an average of 60% of the current execution time.

•I implemented FIFO system for welding consumables in the warehouse, reducing by 67% the number of requests. •I structured the work distribution of two welding crews, achieving by 15% an increase in the use of resources. •I kept the nine people who integrated the work team supplied with personal protection equipment, avoiding fines corresponding to 2% of the project cost.

I realized Cost/Benefit analysis of 20 invitations to bid, selecting 60% of them to bid. I developed a data base to elaborate bids using Excel dynamic tables and coordinating 6 departments information, increasing productivity by 10%. I reached 33% effectiveness in awarding bidding processes without disqualifications from any process, managing to earn an estimated amount of 10 million dollars. I used platforms for management of bidding processes SAP Ariba, Bidding Point and Ushay.

I directed clients’ documents sending and receiving of documentation I increased information transfer speed by 40% using the View Point document management system, thus managing to load 2600 documents in 3 days. I controlled the updating of curves and progress reports of 9 projects in execution, and I was able to timely inform those responsible of the planning delays. I led the document control area in a project with cost of more than fourteen million dollars.
