My role was to ensure that all sale lines were available on demand in my area. I also had the responsibility to ensure that all excess stock in my area was organised in a stockroom environment to provide easy access to all products.

Working closely with clients to ensure their events run efficiently and smoothly. I managed over 4,000 covers during the festive period. My role is to ensure that all meetings/events are set to Crowne Plaza standard, Meet and Greet on arrival, ensure all timings are perfect for food service etc and delegating work where appropriate. I manage up to 10 staff depending on how busy the function is. Also attend meetings such as the business meetings, Head of Department Meetings and Early Morning Meetings.

Running of operations when my line manager is out of duty. Running of private functions, breakfast and dinners. Background in micros. Meeting guest expectations and delivering excellence. Running of the bar/lounge experience and ordering beverage.
