I manage all aspects of Accounting, Treasury and Reporting, as well as Controlling the Business Division, I oversee a variety of internal projects with regard to business development, along with restructuring initiatives. I created a new internal managerial reporting and I’ve successfully increased productivity and accuracy throughout the company’s infrastructure, I managed new policy development and revenue-boosting ventures, monitor KPIs, and formulate performance improvement strategies.

Along with comprehensive budget management, including planning, monitoring, controlling, and establishing Targets and KPIs, I oversaw preparation of financial statements and managed the Commercial Control of Fire Fighting Business Unit. Through spearheading and managing several cost cutting initiatives, I was able to contribute to overall revenue growth and year to year reductions in expenditures.

As a Finance Manager, I prepared the company’s forecast and budget, consolidated data for the Group reporting system (HFM), and conferred with all internal and external auditors. In conjunction with other members of management, I also helped develop strategies for maximizing business and revenue growth, as well as improving workflow productivity.

I provided support for consolidation activities on actual closings, disclosures, and US GAAP reconciliations. Additionally, I provided elaboration on consolidation activities and maintained the reporting system (HFM), among other day to day and ad hoc requirements. One of my principal functions was to collect data and prepare reports for external auditors, ensuring that the company was fully prepared for financial audits. I was also responsible for the collection and elaboration of data of the JVs.

As a Junior Business Controller, I primarily assisted with budgeting and forecasting, along with monitoring variance analysis activity. I also compiled and reported data for the executive summary, in addition to fulfilling ad hoc requests.
