- Translation of various types of documentation(Chinese-Serbian-English) - Preparing labour contracts, on-boarding procedures such as training, assisting to job interviews, preparing the necessary documentation, contacting and organizing office matters needed for the company. - Applying, collecting and submitting the necessary documentation for the visa, residence l and work permits for Chinese employees. - Making sale invoices for sending out the goods, filling payment forms.
