To have a complete overview of the Pharmaceutical world, I had an experience in Finance as a BP: • Provide value added decision and planning support to the business • Derive management insight on the basis of standard management reports and knowledge of the business • Participate and lead discussion and decision on options to improve performance, focused on priorities, based on understanding of risks, opportunities and feasibility

Started my career with GlaxoSmithKline as the first batch of Sales & Marketing Future Leaders Program in Italy. This structured development program gave me an overview and developed my knowledge of the Pharmaceutical business strengthening my commercial acumen. I ventured into different functions (Marketing, Commercial Operations, Multichannel and Government Affairs & Communication) and managed the business across different therapeutic areas such as Vaccines and Respiratory

The DDIM is an intensive full-time 2-year graduate program taught in English. At the conclusion of it, students are awarded both a Chinese Master of Science degree issued by Fudan University, and the Italian MSc degree in International Management issued by Bocconi University.
