- Built up the German content of Darts-ip from the very beginning days as a start-up. - Contacts with all German courts to ensure unique and comprehensive coverage of IP case law. - Maintaining the quality of analysis and data collection of the German section of the database. (including managing team of analysts). - Involved in customer support. - Previously also responsible for Scandinavia and UK collection, analysis and sales (also German sales).

- Translation of general and technical texts from French, German and Dutch into English in a range of different subject areas (legal, political for various Belgian ministries, electricity generation, glass manufacture, trade union, catalogues for kitchen installations, information technology, magazine articles...) - Revision of English texts - Coordination of multi-language translator projects with internal colleagues and external freelancers - Representation of the company at events
